1. What is Merch On-Demand?

Merch On-Demand lets artists create and sell custom merchandise without holding inventory or managing shipping. Your merch is produced and delivered only when fans place an order, making it simple, risk-free, and scalable.

2. How do I get paid?

You earn royalties when your music is streamed or purchased. Payments are made through UPI, bank transfer, or other supported methods once you reach the minimum payout threshold of Rs. 500/-.

3. How much does it cost?

There is a one-time setup fee of ₹2000 to get started. After that, you can sell unlimited merch with no recurring costs or subscription fees.

4. What type of merch do you produce?

We currently produce printed T-shirts and oversized T-shirts with high-quality print-on-demand fulfillment. Hoodies and sweatshirts will be added to our merch lineup this winter.

5. What about the merch store and payment provider?

We handle everything for you, including the merch store setup, payment processing, and order management. You can focus on your music while we take care of the rest.

6. Do I need to design the merchandise myself?

Not necessarily. If you already have artwork, logos, album covers, or designs, we can use those for your merch. If you need help creating designs, our team can guide you through the process or connect you with design support.

7. Can I approve my merchandise before it goes live?

Yes. We will share mockups of your merchandise for review and approval before your store is published. Nothing goes live without your confirmation.

8. How are orders fulfilled?

Once a fan places an order, we automatically print, pack, and ship the merchandise directly to the customer. You don’t need to manage inventory, packaging, or logistics.

9. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced and dispatched within a few business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, but we aim to get orders delivered as quickly as possible.

10. Can I sell merch even if I’m an independent artist?

Absolutely. Ziddi is built for independent artists, bands, producers, and creators of all sizes. You don’t need a record label or large audience to start selling merchandise.

11. Can I add new designs later?

Yes. You can launch with one design and add more products or artwork whenever you’d like. There is no limit to the number of designs you can sell through your store.

12. Can fans order from anywhere in India?

Yes. We currently ship across India, allowing fans from different cities and regions to purchase your merchandise easily.

13. What happens if a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item?

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our support team will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

14. Who owns the rights to my designs and artwork?

You retain full ownership of your artwork, branding, and intellectual property. We only use your designs for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your merchandise orders.

15. How long does it take to launch my merch store?

Most artist stores can be set up and launched within a few business days after we receive your artwork, product selections, and required information.

16. Can I customize product pricing?

Yes. We work with you to set product pricing that balances affordability for fans and earnings for you.

17. What does the ₹2,000 setup fee include?

The one-time setup fee covers store creation, product setup, mockup generation, payment gateway integration, order management setup, and onboarding support to help you launch your merch business smoothly.

18. How much can I earn from merch sales?
