Performance Rights Organizations (PROs), such as IPRS, ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and SOCAN, are entities that collect royalties for artists, record labels, and music publishers. It is important to note that these organizations do not function as publishers themselves.
When preparing your release, do not list your PRO in the publisher section. If you currently do not have a publisher, you may enter your artist name instead or just leave it blank.
